| Description: The new TYGA Moto Maggot stainless silencer is definitely not for the fainthearted. The music emmited at full volume is simply ear drum shattering and would not be out of place in the MotoGP paddock. We've used our two stroke pipe manufacturing technology to bring you this all stainless construction of hand rolled and hand welded cones. The 2" baffle core is also stainless. The silencer is then packed with glass before final welding. The 'slip-on' mount is 2" internal diameter, so is compatible with our existing TYGA NC30/35 pipe and any other system with a 2" external diameter tail pipe. "The Maggot" is secured in place with two springs, which align with the spring hooks already fitted to the TYGA pipe. The silencer is sold without the clamp. If you previously purchased silencer EXSL-0012 then you can use this clamp, or it can be purchased seperately (EXCL-0013) Two extra (stainless) spring hooks are supplied with the kit, which can then be welded to any other system that may need modification to fit the silencer. | Description: The TYGA Full Race System has been designed with maximum power mind. This system is a necessity if you need to squeeze every drop of horse power from the machine.
Manufactured from TIG welded stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs, for that 'factory' look and feel. The system fits both the NC30 and NC35. Most systems are not designed to be used with a side stand, but the TYGA system can be used on a street NC30 with a sidestand (see fitting instructions)
For unsurpassed looks, sound and performance use with silencer EXSL-0012 If you need further reason to purchase this product, this exhaust is considerably lighter than the stock system. Weighing only half the weight of the stock system makes for a weight saving of 4.2 kg. (see table below) Parts included 
Dynograph NC35 
First, the RVF was tested with the original Honda exhaust system and produced a peak of 53.5hp; about the right number for a stock bike. Then the pipe was changed for the TYGA full stainless system, and the main jets increased one size from stock front and rear. No other changes were made, and the peak hp increased to 59.9hp, a gain of 6.4hp (Over 8% more power!) NC30 
The advantage over the stock exhaust system can be clearly seen on the above dyno graph. The blue line indicates the complete stock set-up. Nice and smooth all the way from low down, but running out of puff quite early on.
With just the TYGA pipe (red line) and a couple of main jet changes, the power leaps from a stock 52hp up to a healthy 59hp. That's 7hp, or 13.5% more. Comparison of weights TYGA Honda Diff

Hvor mange motor ras, hadde jeg unngått hvis jeg bare hadde hatt denne? Classic racer fører 49 år” Dyna DRL-300 rev limiter er laget for vanlig induktive tennings systemer (ikke CDI) brukt på de fleste biler og motorsykler. Enheten dekker både enkelt coil og multi coil systemer med opptil 4 coiler med ”wasted” eller ”non.wasted” gnist. Den kan også brukes på motorer med ”uneven” tenningsrekkefølge (eks. Honda CB 350 og 450 med 180 graders veiver) Den har også mulighet til å fungere som ”switch kill” ved gearskift uten å bruke clutch.
The DRL300 has an improved clamping capability, and more outputs than the DRL200. The DRL200 could clamp only 2 of our green (higher impedance) coils. The DRL300 can clamp up to 4 of our blue (low impedance) coils. This means it can be used on drag bikes, and many other applications it could not manage before (automotive HEI ignitions). In addition, the output stage has also added a separate kill input. This input works separate of the rev limiter and can function even when the rev limiter has no power. This will kill the spark whenever a 12V signal is applied to the input. Potential uses include shift kill to kill ignitions during upshift, allowing for clutchless shifts. Instead of having to cut jumper wires to get the box to work with a particular application, and having only two choices, there are now 3 dip switches. These dip switches allow not only for a very wide range of applications (single fire thumpers to Harleys to inline 4s to 8 cylinders), but they also allow for the rev range to be adjusted from the standard 6000-12000. This means that new motorcycles with 12000+ rpm redlines can now be handled, as can applications where the limit needs to be set below 6000. Inductive ignition for Honda motorbikes made in the 90s SPARKER HONDA TCI ignition is programmable inductive (batteries, transistor, TCI) ignition designed for some Honda bikes produced in the 90s. The ignition is made in several versions that differ by connector type and wiring. Setting software HONDA TCI.EXE is the same for all versions and the following values can be adjusted by it: advance curve, revolution limiter and stand blocking.

The unit is programmable through PC. Adjustment software SPARKER RACING 3.EXE for PC is a part of the ignition; you may choose required settings of advance and peripheral functions. The ignition is currently made for various sensor system types. It can be adjusted to major part of carburettor motorbikes used for road racing competitions (R6, ZX6, CBR600, R1, GSXR600…) by data modification.
